I believe when they say "assume a pose" I think about how are you going to be for the day. Do I act differntly?I sometimes do. I would sometimes act very differently, like sometimes I would act when I'm with a different group of people that I don't even know. My fater knows that I act very differntly in front of people.
The only time I show my "true" self, is when I'm alone talking to myself or if I'm around my family. When I'm with my family I'm more talkative. When I'm with my freinds I'm a littlebit funny and shy and sometimes quiet. When I'm with a group that I don't even know im very very shy, but when I start getting comfortable I start talking to them getting to know them more.
